I have been full circle with Gerd/Ibs and was doing quite well almost off drugs, gaining back weight etc, When it all started to come back but with different symptoms....Still reflux but now constipation, bloating excessive weight gain, that lump in the throat feeling but also feeling like your food never leaves your chest!!!!Last night I drank a bottle of Magnesium Citrate,with not much result, I went but not like you would expect after drinking that nasty stuff!!! When I had my problems before, I was never constipated so this is a relatively new symptom as is the lump,and the feeling like the food doesn't go down, I can't stand it,and I am so sick of being sick!!!!!What should I do??? Just wanna feel good!
